Look at things from a different angle!
What do you practice Yoga for? Every now and then when I step onto my mat this question crosses my mind. Why am I here putting my body in all these funny positions and sweating profusely?! The first answer that always comes to me is that practicing Yoga is fun! I enjoy the physical and mental challenge required to go through a 90 minute class. As practice progresses further, I also start to realize how much more present I become in what I am doing. There is rarely a thought of anything besides the focus required to hold the pose or transition to the next one. After class this level of focus has changed my perspective and thus changed my reality! What does Yoga do for you?
